Jeju will strengthen its collection activities for unpaid local taxes by the end of the year.

Plans are underway to search homes of major tax defaulters and track assets through litigation and virtual asset seizures.

Moreover, collection efforts on financial assets, wages, and sales receivables will be ramped up. Collaborative clampdowns on vehicles with outstanding taxes are also on the agenda.

Particularly for individuals with significant outstanding amounts, administrative measures such as public name disclosure and travel restrictions will be enforced.

The unpaid local tax amount currently stands at 677 billion won.

소송과 가상자산 압류 등을 통해 은닉 재산을 추적해
징수할 방침입니다.

또, 금융자산과 급여, 매출채권 등에 대한 추심을 강화하고
체납차량 합동 단속도 실시할 계획입니다.

특히, 고액 체납자에 대해서는
명단 공개나 출국 금지 등 행정제재도 이행합니다.


현재 지방세 체납액은 677억원에 이르고 있습니다.
