Jeju students have the highest rate of educational welfare benefits in the nation.

Democratic Party lawmaker Do Jong-hwan shared findings from a report on educational welfare support initiatives, revealing that the national average stands at 57.9%.

In contrast to other regional educational offices that focus on select schools, Jeju has extended educational welfare projects to every school, marking a beneficiary rate of 100%.

Since 2017, the province has proactively formed school-based integrated support teams to identify and assist students with academic and school adjustment challenges. These teams offer academic improvement programs and psychological counseling.

전국 평균은 57.9%로 나타났습니다.

제주의 경우 일부 학교만을 대상으로 하는 다른 시.도교육청과 달리 모든 학교에서 교육복지 지원 사업을 실시해 100%의 수혜율을 기록했습니다.

한편 제주는 지난 2017년부터 학교 단위로 맞춤형 통합지원팀을 조직해 기초학력 부진이나 학교부적응 학생 등을 조기 발견해 학력 향상과 심리상담 등을 지원해 오고 있습니다.
