The 5th National Youth April 3rd English Speech Contest is set to take place at the Jeju Student Cultural Center on the 21st of this month.

24 students who have passed the preliminaries are expected to present on topics tailored to their perspectives on the Jeju April 3rd incident, sharing experiences and stories emphasizing the importance of peace and human rights.

The grand prize winner will be awarded the Minister of Education Award, among other privileges, including the opportunity for the top five awardees to participate in overseas events.



전국 청소년 4·3 영어스피치대회 21일 개최


제5회 전국청소년 4.3 영어스피치 대회가 오는 21일 제주학생문화원에서 열립니다.

이번 대회에는 예선을 통과한 24명의 학생이 자신들의 눈높이에 맞춘 제주4·3에 대한 체험이나 평화와 인권의 소중함을 담은 이야기 등을 주제로 발표할 예정입니다.

대상 1명에게는 교육부장관상이 수여되는 등 수상자 5명에게 해외 행사에 참여할 수 있는 특전이 주어집니다.
