The Jeju Agricultural Technology Center has supplied 4.5 tons of high-quality barley seeds to the Jeju Headquarters of the Agricultural Cooperative Economic Holdings.

With the distribution of these superior seeds, it has become possible to renew 35% or 600 hectares of the island's barley cultivation area with high-quality seeds.

Jeju's barley accounts for 27.6% of the national production and contributes to a certain extent in stabilizing prices and adjusting the cultivation area of winter vegetables.

이번 우량종자 보급으로
도내 맥주보리 재배면적의 35%인
600헥타아르를
우량 종자로 갱신할 수 있게 됐습니다.


제주의 맥주보리는
전국 생산량의 27.6%를 점유하고 있으며
월동채소 재배면적 조절과
가격 안정화에 일정부분 기여하고 있습니다.
