The first event to be launched under the "Hometown Love Donation" will be a marine plogging even, which will take place in various areas of Jeju starting on the 4th.

This relay event will commence on November 4th in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo City, where professional divers will start by collecting trash from the sea.

On the 11th, the event will be held at Hamdeok Beach, and on the 25th, at Hyeopjae Beach, where both locals and tourists will participate in plogging.

Furthermore, on the 3rd of the following month, there will be a marine environment concert where attendees can listen to a lecture by Lee Jung-mo, the former director of the Gwacheon National Science Museum.

고향사랑기부금 1호 사업인 해양 플로깅이
오는 4일부터 제주 곳곳에서 진행됩니다.

이번 릴레이 플로깅은
11월 4일 서귀포시 대정읍에서
전문 다이버들이
바다 속에서 쓰레기를 수거하는 것을 시작으로
11일은 함덕해변, 25일에는 협재해변에서
도민과 관광객 모두가 함께하는 플로깅이 진행됩니다.


또, 다음달 3일에는
이정모 전 국립과천과학관 관장의 강연을 들을 수 있는
해양 환경 콘서트가 마련될 예정입니다.
