Jeju City is strengthening its preparedness for winter natural disasters.

To this end, additional stockpiling of snow removal equipment and materials will be carried out. Automatic snow removal equipment such as road heating cables and automatic saltwater spraying devices will be operated in steep, icy sections.

Furthermore, to protect vulnerable groups, the city plans to minimize cold wave damage by maintaining cold wave shelters and emergency contact networks, as well as operating heated seats at bus stops and cold-weather tents.

한파쉼터와 비상연락망을 정비하고
버스정류장 온열의자와 방한텐트 등을 운영해
한파 피해를 최소화할 계획입니다.
