For the first time in over 15 months, apartment sale prices in the region, which had previously stabilized, are now beginning to fall again.

The Korea Real Estate Institute reports that apartment sale prices in Jeju dropped by 0.03% in the third week of this month, marking a reversal from the stabilization observed just a week earlier.

The decline in regional apartment sale prices, which had been ongoing due to the market slump and the effects of high interest rates, had shifted to a state of stability in the second week of this month.

Furthermore the rental prices for apartments, which had been continuously declining stayed flat in the third week of this month.

이달 들어 1년 3개월여 만에 보합세로 전환했던

보합으로 돌아선 지 일주일 만에 재차 하락 전환했습니다.

도내 아파트 매매가격은

1년 3개월여 만인 이달 둘째 주 보합 전환했습니다.

이와 함께 내림세를 지속하던
도내 아파트 전세가격은
이달 셋째주에 보합세를 보였습니다.
