With the recent favorable pricing of outdoor-grown mandarins, Jeju is intensifying its crackdown on the distribution of non-commercial grade mandarins.

The Province has formed a joint inspection team to conduct crackdowns, targeting habitual offenders distributing non-commercial mandarins and major wholesale markets across the country.

So far, the inspections have resulted in 86 cases being identified, with fines imposed in 11 of these cases.

The Province has urged farmers and distribution organizations to actively cooperate by thoroughly sorting and blocking the distribution of non-commercial mandarins, to maintain the favorable pricing trend of mandarins.

비상품 감귤 유통 상습 적발 선과장과
전국 주요 도매시장을 대상으로 단속을 진행하고 있습니다.

현재까지 단속을 통해
모두 86건이 적발돼
이 가운데 11건에 대해 과태료를 부과했습니다.

감귤 가격 호조세가 안정적으로 이어질 수 있도록
출하 농가와 유통 단체에
철저한 선별과 유통차단 등
적극적인 협조를 당부했습니다.
