Jeju City is completely revamping its water bill statements starting January next year, making them more user-friendly and easier to understand for residents.

This overhaul aims to simplify the water bill checking process by removing unnecessary details and adding essential information such as details on reductions.

To reduce confusion over the payment deadline, the city will remove related notations and provide more detailed guidance by changing the discount details to specific breakdowns.

Additionally, bills will be improved with whiter paper and larger fonts for better visibility.

제주시가 시민들이 보기 편하고 알기 쉽도록
내년 1월부터 수도요금 고지서를 전면 개편합니다.

이번 개편은 시민들이 더욱 쉽고 편리하게 수도요금을
확인할 수 있도록 불필요한 내용은 삭제하고,
감면내역 등 필요한 정보는 새롭게 담았습니다.

또 납부마감일에 대한 혼선을 줄이기 위해
관련 표기를 삭제하고
감면내역을 상세내역으로 변경해 구체적으로 안내하게 됩니다.

이와함께 고지서 용지를 흰색으로 변경하고
활자 크기와 색상을 조정해 보다 알아보기 쉽도록 했습니다.
