Jeju apartment prices saw a slight decline in the last week of last month.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, in the fourth week of last month, apartment sale prices in the region fell by 0.03% compared to the previous week, marking a two-week continuous decline.

Regionally, Jeju City recorded a decrease centered around Ido 2-dong and Nohyeong-dong, while Seogwipo City saw a decline mainly in Daejeong-eup.

In addition, in the last week of last month, apartment rental contract prices in the region, which had been steady, showed a slight decrease of 0.01%.



제주 아파트 매매·전세가격 '소폭 하락'

지난달 마지막 주 도내 아파트 가격이
소폭의 하락세를 기록한 것으로 나타났습니다.

지난달 넷째주 도내 아파트 매매가격은
전주와 비교해 0.03% 하락하며
2주 연속 내림세를 보였습니다.

지역별로 보면
제주시는 이도2동과 노형동을 중심으로
서귀포시는 대정읍을 위주로 하락세를 기록했습니다.

이와 함께
보합세를 보였던 도내 아파트 전세가격은
지난달 마지막주 0.01% 소폭 하락 전환했습니다.
