Jeju City has inspected construction sites for living noise and fugitive dust emissions this year, resulting in administrative actions against 34 sites for violating relevant laws.

Specifically, 15 construction sites that surpassed the living noise regulation standards faced orders for noise reduction measures or suspension of specified equipment use.

Additionally, fines were imposed on 15 sites for violations.

From the beginning of this year to last month, about 1,570 complaints related to construction site noise, vibration, and fugitive dust were received. It was confirmed that 87% of these were related to construction site noise, while the remaining 13% were related to fugitive dust.

관련법을 위반한 34곳에 행정처분을 내렸습니다.

특히 생활소음 규제기준을 초과한 공사장 15곳에 대해서는
소음저감 조치명령 또는 특정장비 사용중지 명령 처분이
이뤄졌습니다.

또 소음 저감대책 위반 사업장 15곳에는 과태료가 부과됐습니다.

올들어 지난달까지 접수된
공사장 소음 진동과 비산먼지 관련 민원은 1천570여 건으로
87%가 공사장 소음, 나머지 13%가 비산먼지 관련으로 확인됐습니다.
