The 31st Seongsan Sunrise Festival will be held from December 30th to January 1st.

This festival, themed 'Seongsan(성산) Sunrise of Wishes, A Happy Future', will feature various performances and experience programs for both local residents and visitors to enjoy together.

Especially on January 1st, starting at midnight, there will be fireworks, a traditional Korean dance called Ganggangsullae(강강술래), and a wishing ceremony. The climb to Seongsan Ilchulbong(성산 일출봉) Peak will start at 4 a.m.

Climbing to the summit of Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is available to the first 900 people, and reservations will be accepted from 12 p.m. on the 20th.



성산일출축제 30일부터 개최…정상 등반 예약


제31회 성산일출축제가
오는 30일부터 다음달 1일까지 열립니다.

이번 축제는
'소망의 성산일출, 행복한 미래'를 주제로
지역 주민과 방문객들이 함께 즐길 수 있는
다양한 공연과 체험 프로그램으로 진행됩니다.


특히 새해가 시작되는
1월 1일 0시부터는
불꽃놀이와 강강술래, 일출기원제가 진행되고
오전 4시부터
성산일출봉 등반 행사가 시작됩니다.

성산일출봉 정상 등반은
선착순 900명까지 가능하며
오는 20일 낮 12시부터 예약 접수가 이뤄집니다.
