Jeju and the Jeju Infectious Disease Management Support Team have selected ten infectious diseases as focus areas for management next year.

These diseases were reported in Jeju from September 2022 over a year and include those from first to third-class statutory infectious diseases, which have either seen an increase compared to the previous year or have a higher incidence rate compared to the national average. These include chickenpox, mumps, Legionnaires' disease, and scrub typhus.

COVID-19, now classified as a class 4 statutory infectious disease, has been excluded from the surveillance list.

The province plans to establish and implement an enhanced management plan for these selected ten infectious diseases.

지난 2022년 9월부터 1년간
제주로 신고된
1급에서 3급까지의 법정 감염병 가운데
전년 대비 발생이 증가했거나
전국 대비 발생률이 높은
수두와 유행성이하선염,
레지오넬라증, 쯔쯔가무시증 등입니다.


코로나19의 경우
제4급 법정 감염병으로 전환됨에 따라
이번 감시 대상에서 제외됐습니다.

제주도는
선정된 10종의 감염병에 대한
관리 강화계획을 마련해 시행할 예정입니다.
