This year, the number of tourists visiting Jeju Island has exceeded 13 million.

According to the Jeju Tourism Association, as of the 23rd of this year, the number of tourists who visited Jeju Island reached approximately 13.03 million.

This reach is 19 days later than last year, when tourists exceeded 13 million on December 4th.

The decrease is attributed to a reduction in domestic airline flights and an increase in demand for overseas travel, leading to an overall decline in the total number of tourists.

올해 제주를 찾은 관광객이 1천 300만명을 넘어섰습니다.

제주도관광협회에 따르면
올 들어 지난 23일까지
제주를 방문한 관광객은 1천303만 5천여 명을 기록했습니다.

이는 지난해 12월 4일 1천300만명을 넘어섰던 것에 비해 19일 늦은 것입니다.

국내선 항공편 감소와 해외여행 수요 증가로
제주를 찾는 내국인 관광객이 감소하면서
전체 관광객이 줄어든 것으로 풀이됩니다.
