This year's Jeju real estate market is still expected to be sluggish.

A survey by the Jeju Research Institute, which involved 100 experts both from within and outside the province, focused on this year's real estate market in Jeju. The findings showed a significant number of experts perceiving a downturn in the market.

Nonetheless, the proportion of experts anticipating a recovery in the sectors of apartments, land, and single-family homes was marginally higher compared to last year's expectations. Experts also predict 72% have no intention of investing in real estate this year, citing reasons such as lack of discretionary funds, uncertainty in real estate investment, and concerns over loans and real estate regulations.
