The Province is set to increase support for eco-friendly meals this year for schools and kindergartens.

The increase is set at 8.7%, with the support per meal being 570 KRW for kindergartens and elementary schools, 630 KRW for middle schools, 680 KRW for high schools, and 780 KRW for special schools.

This year, the Province plans to invest 11.8 billion KRW in eco-friendly meal expenses for approximately 105,000 individuals across 807 institutions, including schools, kindergartens, local children's centers, and unaccredited alternative schools.
