Apartment prices in the Jeju region have continued to decline slightly into the new year.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, in the first week of this month, the price of apartments in the region fell by 0.03% compared to the previous week.

In addition, the rent prices for apartments also showed a decrease, dropping by 0.02%.

Apartment prices in Jeju had shown signs of stabilization in November of last year but have returned to a downward trend due to high-interest rates and a decrease in buyer demand.

한국부동산원에 따르면
이달 첫주 도내 아파트 매매가격은
전주 대비 0.03% 하락했습니다.

이와 함께 아파트 전세가격은
0.02% 떨어진 것으로 나타났습니다.

도내 아파트 가격은
지난해 11월 한때 보합을 기록했으나
고금리 기조와 매수세 위축에 다시 하락세로 돌아섰습니다.
