Seogwipo City is expanding family support services this year for multicultural families and single-parent households.

The support criteria for child-rearing expenses for single-parent families will be relaxed from 60% to 63% of the median income.

Additionally, for single parents under the age of 24 and their parents, expenses will be increased from 350,000 won to 400,000 won per month, and from 200,000 won to 250,000 won, respectively.

Moreover, the city plans to expand support for childcare service fees, education activity expenses for multicultural families, and counseling support.



서귀포시, 다문화·한부모 가족지원서비스 확대


서귀포시가 올해 다문화가족과 한부모 가정 등을 대상으로
가족지원서비스를 확대합니다.

우선 한부모 가족 아동양육비 지원 기준을
중위소득 60%에서 63% 이하로 완화합니다.

또, 24살 이하 청소년 한부모와 부모의 경우
아동양육비를 월 35만원에서 40만원으로,
20만원에서 25만원으로 각각 인상해 지원합니다.

이밖에 아이돌봄서비스 이용요금과
다문화가족 교육활동비, 상담지원도 확대할 예정입니다.
