Jeju Apartment Prices Keep Falling

Apartment prices in the Jeju region are continuing a slight downward trend into the new year.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, in the second week of this month, apartment transaction prices in the province decreased by 0.05% compared to the previous week.

In addition, apartment lease prices also fell by 0.02%, remaining the same as the previous week.

Apartment prices had recorded a stabilization in November last year, but reverted to a downward trend due to high-interest rates and a contraction in buying sentiment.

제주지역 아파트 가격이
새해 들어서도 소폭의 하락세를 이어가고 있습니다.

한국부동산원에 따르면
이달 둘째 주 도내 아파트 매매가격은
전주 대비 0.05% 하락했습니다.

이와 함께 아파트 전세가격은
전주와 동일하게 0.02% 떨어진 것으로 나타났습니다.

도내 아파트 가격은
지난해 11월 한때 보합을 기록했으나
고금리 기조와 매수세 위축에 다시 하락세로 돌아섰습니다.
