The decline in apartment prices in the Jeju region has slightly expanded.

According to the Korea Real Estate Institute,
In the fourth week of this month, apartment prices in the region decreased by 0.07%,
which is an increase of 0.03% compared to the previous week.

By region, Jeju City mainly saw a decline centered around Aewol and Jocheon-eup, while Seogwipo City had a decline centered around Donghong-dong.

Monthly rent prices saw a slight increase of 0.04%, which is 0.02% higher than the previous week.

제주지역 아파트 가격 하락폭이 소폭 확대된 것으로 나타났습니다.

한국부동산원에 따르면
이달 넷째 주 도내 아파트 매매가격은 0.07% 하락하며
전주와 비교해
내림폭이 0.03%포인트 확대됐습니다.

지역별로 보면
제주시는 애월과 조천읍 위주로
서귀포시는 동홍동 중심으로 하락세를 보였습니다.

전세가격 하락폭 역시
전주보다 0.02%포인트 소폭 확대된 0.04%를 기록했습니다.
