Last month, the consumer price index in Jeju showed a slowdown in its rate of increase.

According to the Jeju branch of the Honam Regional Statistics Office, the consumer price index in Jeju increased by 2.1% compared to the same month last year.

This represents a 0.5% point decrease in the rate of increase compared to the previous month.

When broken down by category, agricultural and fisheries products increased by 5.8%, and industrial products, electricity, gas, water supply, and services also saw increases.
In particular, apples saw a sharp increase of 100% compared to the same month last year.

지난달 제주지역 소비자물가 상승률이
둔화된 것으로 나타났습니다.

호남지방통계청 제주사무소에 따르면
지난달 제주지역 소비자물가는
1년 전과 비교해 2.1% 상승했습니다.

이는 전월 대비 0.5%포인트 둔화된 오름폭입니다.

품목성질별로 보면
농축수산물이 5.8% 올랐으며
공업제품과 전기 가스 수도, 서비스 등도
일제히 상승했습니다.

특히 사과는 지난해 같은 달보다 100% 오르며
가파른 상승폭을 보였습니다.
