The subscription success rate for apartments in the Jeju region last year was reported to be 85.7%, surpassing the 80% mark.

Based on data from the estate evaluation firm ‘Real House’'s apartment subscription success rate hit 85.7% last year.

With no closed subscription projects, Jeju ranked second highest nationwide following Daegu, which achieved a 100% success rate.

In contrast, Seoul recorded the lowest subscription success rate at 2.5%.

당첨률 100%를 기록한 대구에 이어
전국에서 두 번째로 높았습니다.

반면 서울이 2.5%로
가장 낮은 청약 당첨률을 보였습니다.
