Apartment prices in the Jeju area are continuing to show a slight downward trend.

According to the Korea Real Estaate Board, the first week of this month recorded a decrease in apartment transaction prices by 0.05%, the same as the previous week.

Lease prices, which had shown stabilization last week, decreased by 0.02%, returning to a downward trend.

The real estate industry analyzed that the prolonged high-interest rates have dampened the sentiment for purchasing homes, leading to the continued decline in apartment prices.

제주지역 아파트 가격이 소폭의 하락세를

전주와 같은 0.05%를 기록했습니다.

전주 보합세를 보였던 전세가격은
0.02% 떨어지며 하락세로 돌아섰습니다.

고금리 장기화로 주택 매수심리가 위축되면서
아파트 가격 하락세가 지속되고 있는 것으로
분석했습니다.
