Jeju City has made idle public property status information available on its website for the public.

The disclosed properties include approximately 1,900 plots of land and 2 buildings.

Jeju City plans to lend available land to citizens and, in cases where there are requests to purchase, intends to sell small plots of land that are not needed for administrative purposes.

To efficiently manage public property, Jeju City plans to conduct annual surveys to identify any idle public properties and to develop plans for their use.

공개된 유휴 공유재산은
토지 1천900여필지, 건물 2동입니다.

제주시는 이중 가능한 토지는 시민에게 빌려주고
매수 신청을 할 경우
행정 목적으로 활용 가능성이 없는 소규모 토지는
매각할 계획입니다.

제주시는 공유재산의 효율적 관리를 위해
매년 실태조사를 통해 누락 유휴 공유재산을 발굴하고
활용방안을 마련할 계획입니다.
