Chagall, From Paris to Jeju


Innovative colors and styles wrap the indoor space along with beautiful music.


Masterpieces such as the Pont des Arts, the Eiffel Tower, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and the Fall of the Angel fill the walls.

These are the works of Marc Chagall, known as the magician of colors.


The Bunker de Lumieres, the country's first immersive art exhibition hall, has opened its fifth exhibition with the theme 'Chagall, From Paris to New York'.

The exhibition focuses on Chagall's artistic journey, highlighting his works in Paris and New York, which were turning points in his art journey.

Just as my grandfather wanted to give hope, I hope that people who see Chagall's works feel hope. I hope they are inspired and find the most ideal way to live their lives.


Along with the main Chagall exhibition, the Bunker de Lumieres continues to present 'Lee Wal Jong, Middle of the Life in Jeju'.

Visitors can have a unique experience of encountering the works of domestic and international artists in one place.


With this exhibition, the Bunker de Lumieres is establishing itself as a representative cultural and artistic space in Jeju and plans to expand collaboration with domestic and international artists in the future.

We are preparing exhibitions themed around world-famous masters. A project that also involves creating works with domestic artists and sharing them in immersive media art exhibition halls in Paris and New York is being pursued simultaneously.

This exhibition, reinterpreting the free world of art of the masters through media art, will continue until February 21st next year.

'샤갈, 파리에서 뉴욕까지'를 주제로
다섯 번째 전시를 개막했습니다.

전시는 샤갈의 예술 여정에서 전환점이 된
파리와 뉴욕에서의 작품 세계를 집중 조명하고 있습니다.

메인 전시인 샤갈 전과 함께
'이왈종, 중도의 섬 제주' 전을 지속적으로 선보입니다.

국내외 작가의 작품을 한 곳에서 만나는 색다른 경험을 할 수 있습니다.

빛의 벙커는
이번 전시로 제주 대표 문화예술공간으로 자리매김하는 한편
앞으로 국내외 작가들과의 협업을 확대할 계획입니다.

전 세계 유명한 거장들을 테마로 전시를 준비하고 있는데요. 국내 작가도 같이 만들어서 파리와 뉴욕에 있는 몰입형 미디어아트 전시관에서 공유하는 프로젝트도 동시에 추진되고 있습니다.
