Apartment prices in the Jeju region are continuing a slight downward trend.

According to the Korea Appraisal Board, the third week of this month recorded a 0.04% decrease in apartment sales compared to the previous week.

Rental prices also saw a decrease of 0.02% compared to the previous week.

The real estate industry has analyzed that the continued decline in apartment prices is due to the prolonged high interest rates leading to a dampened home purchasing sentiment.



제주 아파트 매매·전세가격 하락세 유지

제주지역 아파트 가격이 소폭의 하락세를 지속하고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.

한국부동산원에 따르면 이달 셋째주 도내 아파트 매매가격 하락률은 전주와 같은 0.04%를 기록했습니다.

전세가격은 전주 대비 0.02% 하락했습니다.

부동산 업계는 고금리 장기화로 주택 매수심리가 위축되면서 아파트 가격 하락세가 이어지고 있는 것으로 분석했습니다.
