From the 18th to the 28th of this month, the Jeju Tourism Organization will be hosting the first-ever nationwide ‘Accessible Travel Week.’

During this period, an event inviting tourists to Jeju will be held, directly involving tourists with disabilities, aiming to raise social awareness about accessible tourism.

Additionally, 30 businesses including airlines, hotels, tourist attractions, car rental services, and duty-free shops will offer benefits for tourists with disabilities.

Last year, 16% of visitors were travellers with disabilities, seniors, pregnant women, or families with infants, indicating the importance of catering to tourists with special needs.

관광 약자가 직접 참여하는 '모두의 제주 여행'이 진행돼 무장애 관광에 대한 사회적 관심을 높일 계획입니다.

또 항공사와 호텔, 관광지, 렌터카, 면세점 등
30개 관광기업이
관광 약자를 위한 다양한 혜택을 제공합니다.

지난해 제주 방문객 중 16%가
장애인과 고령자, 임산부, 영유아 가족 등
관광 약자인 것으로 나타났습니다.
