During the development process of the Odeungbong(오등봉) Park Private Initiative Project, suspicions were raised regarding the manipulation of landscape review materials.

The Jeju Environmental Movement Alliance held a press conference on the 17th and claimed photos provided to the Landscape Deliberation Committee were suspected of being manipulated.

Specifically, there are concerns that the view of Mount Halla was deliberately obscured or blocked in the photographs. Consequently, Jeju City has been requested to release the original photos.

Meanwhile, the public interest litigation group has an appeals trial scheduled for the 22nd, demanding the invalidation of the Odeungbong (오등동) Park private initiative project.



오등봉 민간특례 경관심의 사진 조작 의심

오등봉공원 민간특례 개발사업 추진과정에서
경관심의 자료가 조작됐다는 의혹이 제기됐습니다.

제주환경운동연합은
지난17일 기자회견을 열고
제주도경관심의위원회에 제공된 사업 부지 조망점 사진 가운데
상당수가
실제 현장과는 다르게 조작된 것으로 의심된다고 주장했습니다.

특히 한라산 조망권을 의도적으로 감춰 촬영했거나
고의로 한라산을 가렸을 가능성 마저 의심된다며
제주시에 원본 사진을 공개하라고 요구했습니다.

한편 1심에서 패소한
공익소송단의
오등봉공원 민간특례 사업 무효를 요구하는
행송소송 항소심 선고는
오는 22일 예정돼 있습니다.
