The 24-hour open chat report room, introduced to address the issue of illegal parking of shared electric bicycles and scooters, is now actively in operation.

According to the Province, around 100 complaints have been received through the reporting room during the two months since its introduction.

It was confirmed that for the complaints received, each sharing company moved or collected the involved device within an average of one hour.

24시간 오픈채팅 신고방이 활발히 운영되고 있습니다.

제주특별자치도에 따르면
도입 이후 2개월동안 신고방을 통해
모두 100여 건의 민원이 접수됐습니다.

접수된 민원에 대해서는
공유 업체 별로
평균 1시간 이내에
해당 기기를 이동 또는 수거한 것으로 확인됐습니다.
