Jeju has the second-highest average real estate rental income per person in South Korea, following Seoul.

According to the 'Provincial Real Estate Rental Income Report' released by Representative Yang Kyung-sook(양경숙) of the National Assembly's Planning and Finance Committee, the average rental income per person in Jeju was 17.95 million won, second only to Seoul's 24 million won.

Additionally, the income of the top 0.1% of real estate rental earners in Jeju, consisting of 16 individuals, averaged 621 million won, which is also the second highest in the country.

제주도내 1인당 평균 부동산 임대소득이
서울에 이어 두 번째로 높은 것으로 나타났습니다.

국회 기획재정위원회 양경숙 의원이 공개한
국세청의 '시도별 부동산 임대소득 신고현황'에 따르면
제주의 1인당 평균 임대소득은 1천795만원으로
2천400만원을 기록한 서울에 이어 두 번째로 높았습니다.

또 도내 부동산 임대소득 상위 0.1%에 해당하는
16명의 소득은
평균 6억 2천100만원으로
이 역시 전국에서 두 번째로 많았습니다.
