An inspection revealed that the administrative tasks in some towns and districts were carried out haphazardly.

The Provincial Audit Committee has been conducting an audit since last year, targeting 7 towns, villages, and districts. Based on research carried out since April 2020, 90 administrative actions and status measures were requested for 28 people.

Identified issues include the installation of facilities on walking trails without proper authorization and businesses operating without review procedures.

Also, issues were found with failure to impose fines or take proper actions against unregistered rural homestay business owners.

읍면동 행정 업무가 주먹구구식으로 이뤄진 것으로 검사결과 나타났습니다.

지난해 10월부터
도내 7개 읍면동을 대상으로
2020년 4월 이후에 추진된 행정업무 전반에 대한 감사결과 모두 90여 건의 행정상 조치와 28명에 대한 신분상 조치를 요구했습니다.



주요 지적사항을 보면 허가 없이 절대보전지역 산책로에 시설물을 설치하거나 공공시설물 등
각종 사업을 시행하면서 심의 절차를 이행하지 않은 것으로 나타났습니다.


또 재난배상책임보험을 가입하지 않은 농어촌민박사업자에
과태료 부과 등 적절한 조치를 하지 않는 등
행정 업무 처리 전반에서 여러 문제점이 발견됐습니다.
