Jeju is implementing a mandatory video recording system to enhance safety and quality in public construction projects.

Starting from the second half of this year, the system will be piloted in 4 to 5 new public construction projects with a budget of over 10 billion won.

The video recording plan will be integrated into the design stage, and the entire process from commencement to completion will be recorded. The construction site will use fixed observation cameras and drones to capture the entire structure being built.

Processes that are difficult to verify after construction, such as concrete pouring, or those with high risk of safety accidents, will be under intense scrutiny. Every detail from material delivery, construction, and inspection processes will be thoroughly recorded.



공공 건설공사 동영상 기록 관리 의무화 도입

제주특별자치도가 공공 건설공사의 안전과 품질 강화를 위해
'동영상 촬영 의무화 제도'를 시범 도입합니다.

이를 위해 올 하반기부터 공사금액 100억 원 이상의
신규 공공 건설공사 가운데 4~5개를 선정해 시행합니다.

실시설계 단계에서부터 동영상 촬영 계획을 설계에 반영해
착공에서 준공까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 이뤄지며 공사전경은 고정식 관찰카메라와 드론을 활용해 구조물이 완성되는 모습을 담도록 합니다.

콘크리트 타설 등 시공 후 확인이 어려운 공정이나 안전사고 위험이 높은 작업의 경우 집중 관리하고 자재 반입부터 설계도에 따른 시공 순서, 작업 방법, 검측과정까지 빠짐없이 기록하도록 할 계획입니다.
