The Province is collaborating with related organizations to inspect construction sites in preparation for the monsoon season's heavy rains.

The inspections will target public construction projects with a total cost of over 2 billion won and 20 large-scale development sites.

The inspection items include establishing rainy season safety measures, addressing potential falling object hazards around construction sites, identifying unfair practices, and determining the appropriateness of subcontracting contracts.

Based on the inspection results, the Province plans to halt construction that displays any safety risk, undertake corrective measures, and take action according to relevant laws for any serious violations.

도내 건설공사 현장에 대한 점검에 나섭니다.

점검 대상은
공사비 총액 20억 원 이상의 관급공사와
대규모 개발사업장 20개소 등입니다.

점검 항목은
우기 대비 안전대책 수립 여부와
공사장 주변 낙하물 위험요소 조치,
불공정 행위, 하도급 계약의 적정성 등입니다.

제주도는 점검 결과
안전사고 위험이 있을 경우
공사를 중지하도록 한 후 개선조치하고
중대한 법 위반사항에 대해서는
관련 법령에 따라 조치할 예정입니다.
