Apartment prices in the Jeju region have continued to decline slightly this month, influenced by rising interest rates and a slowdown in real estate activity.

Data from the Korea Real Estate Board indicates that during the first week of this month, apartment sale prices in Jeju Province decreased by 0.07% compared to the previous week.

This represents a slight increase of 0.01 percentage points in the rate of decline from the prior week.

Additionally, the decrease in lease prices in Jeju has accelerated, with the rate of decline increasing by 0.02 percentage points since last week, resulting in a 0.06% drop.

전주와 비교해 0.07% 하락했습니다.

전주 하락폭과 비교하면 0.01%포인트 소폭 확대됐습니다.


이와 함께 전세가격 하락폭은
전주 대비 0.02%포인트 늘어난 0.06%를 기록했습니다.
