As the real estate market downturn continues, there has been a decrease in related startups.

According to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and other sources, the number of real estate startups in Jeju from January to March this year totaled 555, marking a 9.2% decrease compared to the same period last year.

In February, the number of real estate startups reached only 144, the lowest monthly level since the Ministry began compiling related statistics in January 2016.

Real estate startups involve individuals and corporations engaged in leasing buildings, real estate development, supply, management, and appraisal.



부동산 경기 침체에 관련업 창업 '시들'

부동산 경기 침체가 장기화되면서
관련 창업도 줄어들고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.

제주지역 부동산 창업기업 수는 555곳으로
지난해 같은 기간 대비 9.2% 감소했습니다.

지난 2월에는 부동산 창업기업이 144곳에 그쳐
중기부가 관련 통계를 집계하기 시작한
지난 2016년 1월 이후 월별 최저 수준을 기록했습니다.

부동산 창업기업은
건물의 임대나 부동산 개발과 공급·관리,
감정평가 등을 맡아하는 개인과 법인을 의미합니다.
