It has been reported that the number of unsold homes in Jeju, which had been at record-high levels, has slightly decreased.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, as of last May, the number of unsold homes in Jeju was 2,696, a 5% decrease from the previous month.
Among these, the number of unsold homes classified as malignant, meaning those that have not been sold after completion, decreased by 3.1% to 1,202 homes.
Additionally, the number of transactions in the province was 529, a 2.9% increase from the previous month but a 13% decrease compared to the same month last year, indicating that the real estate market continues to be sluggish.

지난5월 제주도내 미분양주택은 2천 696호로
한 달 전과 비교해 5% 감소했습니다.
이 가운데
악성으로 분류되는 준공후 미분양주택은 1천202호로
3.1% 줄었습니다.
이와 함께 도내 주택매매거래량은 529호로
전월 대비 2.9% 증가했지만
전년 동월보다는 13% 감소해
계속해서 부동산 거래가 위축되고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.
