The public-private partnership delivery app 'Meokgaebi' is gaining traction through various promotional events.

According to the province, since its launch in December 2022, the app has achieved a cumulative sales volume of 7.15 billion KRW.

Although sales showed a slight decline earlier this year, initiatives such as offering discount coupons have led to a significant increase, with June sales more than doubling to 660 million KRW compared to the previous month.

The app's brokerage fee is 1.5%, significantly lower than the 5.3% charged by private delivery apps, and additional benefits are provided when payments are made through the local currency 'Tamnaneunjeon.'

제주도의 민관협력형 배달앱인 '먹깨비'가 각종 이벤트를 통해 활성화되고 있습니다.

제주특별자치도에 따르면 지난 2022년 12월 첫 선을 보인 이후 지금까지 누적 매출액은 71억 5천만 원에 이르고 있습니다.

특히 올들어 매출액이 다소 주춤세를 보였으나 할인쿠폰 제공 등 다양한 행사를 통해 지난달의 경우 6억 6천만 원으로 전달에 비해 갑절 이상 늘어났습니다.

먹깨비의 중개수수료는 1.5%로 민간 배달앱의 5.3%에 비해 저렴하고 탐나는전으로 결제하면 기존 할인에 추가 혜택이 제공되고 있습니다.
