According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport and the Korea Real Estate Agency, land prices in Jeju fell by 0.22% in the first half of this year.

Jeju is seeing the only decrease among Korea's 17 provinces and metropolitan areas.

Jeju's land prices have been declining for three consecutive quarters, with the first half's drop being 0.16 percentage points larger than the previous half.

Additionally, the total land transactions in Jeju for the first half amounted to about 13,200 parcels, a 35% decrease compared to the recent five-year average.

올해 상반기 제주지역 땅값이
전국에서 홀로 하락한 것으로 나타났습니다.

국토교통부와 한국부동산원에 따르면
올해 상반기 제주도내 지가는 0.22% 내리며
전국 17개 시도 가운데 유일하게 하락세를 기록했습니다.

제주지역 땅값은
3분기 연속 하락세를 보이고 있으며
올해 상반기 하락폭은
지난해 하반기와 비교해 0.16%포인트 확대됐습니다.

아울러 상반기 제주에서 거래된 전체토지는
1만 3천 200여필지로
최근 5년 평균 대비 35% 급감했습니다.
