Jeju is launching a public distribution program for 4,500 electric vehicles in the second half of the year.

The program offers an additional 10% national subsidy on top of the existing provincial subsidy for families with multiple children.
The subsidy benefits, previously limited to small business owners, will be extended to the primary industry sector.

Additionally, the restriction period for support on the repurchase of electric trucks will be reduced from five years to two.

Currently, 37,500 registered electric vehicles are in Jeju, accounting for 9% of the total, the highest penetration rate in the country.

제주도가 올 하반기에 4천 500대의 전기차 민간보급사업을 추진합니다.

특히 다자녀 가정에 대해 기존 도비 보조금에 더해 국비로 10%를 추가 지원합니다.

또 기존 소상공인으로 한정됐던 전기 화물차 보조금 혜택을 1차산업 대상으로 확대합니다.

또 전기화물차 재구매에 대한 지원 제한 기간을
5년에서 2년으로 단축합니다.

현재 제주에 등록된 전기자동차는 3만 7천 500대로 전체의 9%를 차지하며
전국 최고의 보급률을 기록하고 있습니다.
