The 3rd 'Sungsan Clam Festival’ will be held on the 3rd and 4th at the Seongsan intertidal sand flats and Gwangchigi Beach area.

The festival, set in Jeju's only mudflat, the 943,000-square-meter Seongsan intertidal zone, offers unique experiences, including clam and shellfish-catching activities.

The event also includes programs exploring the island's natural and ecological heritage and the Seongsan-Ojo (성산오조) Geological Trail.

The opening day will feature a drone light show with 1,100 drones, the world's largest.



'성산 조개바당 축제' 3일 성산 갯벌서 개막

제3회 성산 조개바당 축제가 오는 3일과 4일 이틀 동안 성산 내수면 모래갯벌과 광치기 해변 일대에서 열립니다.

제주 유일의 갯벌인 성산읍 내수면 94만 3천제곱미터에서 펼펴지는 이번 축제는 제주에서 쉽게 접하기 어려운 조개잡이와 바릇잡이 체험 등이 마련됩니다.

이와 함께 생태자연유산 탐험 프로그램과
성산오조 지질트레일 프로그램 등이 진행됩니다.

개막식 당일에는 세계 최대 규모의
1천100대의 드론 불꽃쇼가 펼쳐질 예정입니다.
