Jeju City is offering financial support for maternity-related medical expenses and delivery benefits to alleviate the economic burden on low-income prospective parents and encourage healthy childbirth.

The maternity medical expense support provides 1 million KRW per fetus for medical aid recipients who are pregnant, including cases of miscarriage and stillbirth, as well as for infants under two years old.

The delivery benefit offers 700,000 KRW to basic living allowance recipients. Applications are available one month prior to the due date.

제주시가 저소득 예비 부모의 경제적 부담을 덜고 건강한 출산을 장려하기 위해
임신 출산 진료비와 해산급여를 지원합니다.

임신 출산 진료비는 의료급여수급자가 임신 중이거나 유산과 사산을 포함한 출산 수급자,
출생일로부터 2살 미만인 영유아를 대상으로
태아당 100만 원이 지급됩니다.

해산급여는 기초생계 수급자 등을 대상으로
출산에 필요한 해산급여 70만 원이 지원되고
출산 한 달 전부터 신청할 수 있습니다.
