The sale of a large-scale apartment complex in Odeongbong(오등봉) Park in Jeju City, will begin this month.

Hoban(호반) Construction announced that it will be selling 'We Park Jeju' apartments in Odeongbong(오등봉) Park at the end of this month.

The sale includes 1,401 units in 28 buildings which will be the largest scale in the region.

The average sale price is 26.28 million won per 3.3 square meters, about 2 million won higher than the privately initiated apartment in Jungbu Park earlier this year.



오등봉공원 아파트 이달 분양…1,400가구 규모

제주시 오등봉공원 민간특례사업으로 조성되는
대단지 아파트에 대한 분양이 이달 시작됩니다.

호반건설은 오등봉공원 내 아파트 '위파크 제주'를
이달 말 분양한다고 밝혔습니다.

분양 규모는 전체 28개 동에 1,401 가구로
도내 최대 규모입니다.

아파트 분양가는 3.3제곱미터당 평균 2천628만원으로
올해 초 타결된 중부공원 민간특례 아파트보다
200만원 가량 높습니다.
