The average sale price of private apartments in Jeju exceeds 24 million KRW per Pyeong.

According to the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation, the average sale price of private apartments in Jeju was 7.31 million KRW per square meter as of the end of last month, a slight drop compared to a year ago.

When converted to 3.3 square meters, this equals 24.18 million KRW, the second highest in the country after Seoul.

Prices vary depending on size, with apartments smaller than 85 square meters priced at 23.53 million KRW and those larger than 102 square meters at 25.60 million KRW.

3.3㎡로 환산하면 2천418만원으로
4천401만원을 기록한 서울에 이어 전국에서 2번째로 높았습니다.

규모별 분양가는
85㎡ 이하가 2천353만원,
102㎡ 초과 아파트가 2천560만원으로 나타났습니다.
