The housing business outlook index for Jeju fell this month, influenced by the base effect.

According to the Housing Industry Research Institute, Jeju's housing business outlook index this month was 88.8, a decline of 11.2 points compared to the previous month.

The institute explained this year’s decline was due to the base effect of the sustained upward trend rather than a market downturn.

Expectations for a recovery in the construction market and an influx of Chinese tourists have significantly improved the housing business outlook in Jeju.
