The Department of Korean Language Education at Jeju National University is accepting applications from middle and high school students across the province for the 59th Jeju Literature Writing Contest.

The contest will be held on October 9th to commemorate Hangeul (한글) Day, with entries accepted until August 30th.

Submissions include poetry, essays, or novels. On the day of the contest, there will also be a cultural festival featuring aspiring Korean language teachers.

오는 10월 9일 한글날을 기념해 열리는
이번 백일장 참가 대상은
도내 중,고등학교 재학생으로
신청은 오는 30일까지입니다.

백일장은
시나 수필, 소설 등 산문을 작성해 제출하면 됩니다.

한편, 백일장 행사 당일 국어교육과에 재학중인
예비 국어교사들과 함께하는 축제한마당도 진행될 예정입니다.
