Jeju City investigated 73 plots of land within the Hwabuk (화북) 2 public housing district, where land use permits had been granted, and found two cases where the land was not being used for its intended purpose.

One was for business use and another for agricultural use.

The city plans to issue orders to correct the land use, and fines will be imposed when compliance is not met.

The Hwabuk 2 district was designated as a land transaction permission zone in November last year, requiring permission for transactions and mandating specific land use within a set period.

계속해서 방치할 경우 이행강제금을 부과할 예정입니다.

지난해 11월 토지거래허가구역으로 지정된
화북2공공주택지구 1만 6천여 필지는
거래를 위해
허가를 받아야 하고
목적별로 일정 기간 이용 의무가 발생합니다.
