Jeju Council Sports Audit Addresses 25 Measures

Following a comprehensive audit of the Jeju Sports Council's administrative operations since November 2021, the Jeju Provincial Audit Committee has called for 25 administrative actions and disciplinary measures against 10 individuals.

Key findings include improper splitting of contracts for procuring goods for a school sports support project last year, resulting in single-source contracts being awarded to different companies for each school.

Additionally, regular members of member organizations were not paying dues as stipulated by their bylaws, and grading reviews among member organizations were not conducted.

Other issues included signing salary agreements contrary to guidelines and unjustified payments of training allowances based on claims of approval from Jeju Province.

제주도체육회의 행정업무 전반에 대한 감사 결과 25건의 행정상 조치와 함께
10명에 대한 신분상 조치를 요구했습니다.

주요내용을 보면 단일 사업 물품 계약을 부당하게 분할할 수 없으나 지난해 학교운동부 지원 사업을 추진하면서 학교별로 분할해
각각의 업체들과 1인 견적 수의계약을 체결한 것으로 나타났습니다.

회원 종목 단체 가운데 정회원은 정관에 따라 회비를 납부하도록 돼 있으나 지켜지지 않고 있으며 종목단체간 등급심의도 이뤄지지 않은 것으로 지적됐습니다.

이와 함께 기준과 다르게 연봉을 체결하는가 하면 제주도로부터 승인을 받았다는 사유만으로 근거 없이 훈련수당을 지급한 것으로 드러났습니다.
