Jeju City is inspecting the management status of welfare facilities for the disabled, which are vulnerable to group infections, as COVID-19 cases surge again.

The inspection targets 25 facilities for the disabled and mental care institutions, focusing on the current status of COVID-19 cases, whether staff are wearing masks, infection control practices, availability of quarantine supplies, and protocols for external visitors.

Given the recent resurgence of COVID-19, Jeju City is urging compliance with preventive measures such as indoor ventilation and mask-wearing.
