Jeju will host a car-free street festival on a section of Yeonbuk-ro Road in Jeju City from 9 a.m. to noon on the 28th, offering various programs.

Of the six lanes in the area, three will be dedicated to walking, two to bicycles, and the remaining lane will be reserved for emergency and essential vehicles.

Event participants will receive 5,000 won worth of goods, and 150 electric bicycles will be available for attendees visiting.

Additionally, the festival will feature health experience booths, watermelon juice making using bicycles, flea markets, and performances.

Residents who wish to participate in the walking event can sign up via the website by the 25th.



28일 차 없는 연북로 축제, 프로그램 다채

제주특별자치도가 오는 28일 오전 9시부터 정오까지
제주시 연북로 일부 구간에서 차 없는 거리 축제를 개최하는 가운데 다양한 프로그램을 운영합니다.

행사 구간 6개 차로 가운데 3개 차로는 걷기 전용으로, 2개는 자전거 전용으로 나머지 1개 차로는 긴급 상황 또는 필수 비상 차량을 위해 사용됩니다.

걷기 참여자에게 5천 원 상당의 물품이 제공되며 평소 차량 통행이 많은 도로를 마음껏 달릴 수 있도록 전기 자전가 150대가 비치됩니다.

이와 함께 건강 체험 부스와 자전거를 활용한 수박주스 만들기,
플리마켓, 각종 공연 등 다양한 볼거리와 즐길거리가 마련됩니다.

걷기 행사에 참가를 원하는 도민은 오는 25일까지 홈페이지를 통해 신청하면 됩니다.
