A Squad of 392 Athletes Representing Jeju Will Compete in the 44th National Sports Games for the Disabled, held in Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province, from the 25th to the 30th.

The athletes will compete in 24 events including swimming, track and field, badminton, and wheelchair basketball.

Notably, Shin Kyoung-hwan (신경환), who participated in the 2024 Paris Paralympics, will compete in the badminton event, drawing high expectations.
Last year, the Jeju squad won a total of 102 medals across 18 events, including swimming and track and field.

제44회 전국장애인체육대회에
제주도 선수단 392명이 출전합니다.

제주 선수단이 참가하는 종목은
수영과 육상, 배드민턴, 휠체어농구 등 24개 종목입니다.

특히, 배드민턴 종목에는
지난 2024 파리 패럼림픽에 참가했던 신경환 선수가 출전해
기대를 모으고 있습니다.

한편, 지난해 제주도 선수단은
수영과 육성 등 18개 종목에서 모두 102개의 메달을 획득했습니다.
